LSM is looking to recruit a new Field Service Engineer.

Job description
· To carry out installation and maintenance functions on our clients’ equipment as directed by the service manager to the highest possible standards.
· To document and report on all work carried out by means of worksheets both hand written or electronically. Also to complete as required documentation to ensure health and safety regulations have been complied with.
· To ensure the company vehicle, specialised tools and spare parts provided is secure at all times and are maintained on a regular basis and are safe to use.
· To update product knowledge and keep abreast of new technologies within the industry, both in house product updates and external training as required.
· Assisting the Service Manager in ensuring that you deliver the specified Service Level Agreements and achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
· Maintain and adhere to Health & Safety requirements at all times by taking appropriate action and complying with health and safety regulations on both LSM and customer sites.
